The city of Suncheon identifies lifelong learning as a valuable approach to improve citizens’ awareness of its ecological assets. The city desires to become an open education society as well as an inclusive learning society. The city also wants its citizens to enjoy the benefits of quality lifelong learning and experience happiness and satisfaction through participation.
