The 13th PASCAL International Conference
The 13th PASCAL International Conference, entitled ‘Learning Cities 2040: Global, Local, Connected, Sustainable, Healthy and Resilient’, will take place from 3 to 5 June 2016 at the University of Glasgow. The conference will focus on future directions for learning cities, exploring how cities can use the power of learning to respond to the considerable challenges and opportunities they face.
