The Ministry of Gender, Labour, and Social development in Uganda has just approved and allocated a budget for the implementation of a pilot programme for Community Learning Centres (CLCs) in three districts.
The fourth UNESCO Global Report on Adult Learning and Education (GRALE 4) will be published in 2019. A record 160 UNESCO Member States provided their insights on developments in adult learning and education.
